October was Lupus Awareness month, but our server was down almost all the month of October. We decided that this is an important cause that we could support during any month. All proceeds from the sale of this kit will be donated to the lupus foundation of america. http://lupus.org/
Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that can affect various parts of the body, especially the skin, joints, blood, and kidneys.

Along with the contents of this kit, you will receive information sheets from the Lupus Foundation of America on signs/sypmtoms of lupus, treatments and research. If you want to do more to help, please visit the lupus website at http://lupus.org/ and look at the many activities and volunteer positions they have available. You can also search for their local chapeter at the lupus website or in your local yellow pages or by contacting your local hospital.
The color scheme for the kit was based on the colors and symbols of lupus.
